This notice explains how personal data submitted through the Katerine & The DJ booking form is used.
Who is responsible
Katerine & The DJ is responsible for booking enquiries submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email booking@katerine.eu.
What we collect
We process the information you provide in the booking form:
- Your name and email address.
- The type and date of your event.
- Your optional message and referral source.
- Technical anti-abuse data produced by hCaptcha.
Why we use it
We use booking data to respond to your enquiry, assess availability and prepare a possible booking. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement. Technical data is processed to protect the form and website against spam and abuse.
Service providers and transfers
Web3Forms processes and forwards booking submissions on our behalf. Its current privacy policy states that it uses infrastructure in several regions, that form data may be retained for up to three years unless deleted earlier, and that transfers from the European Economic Area use Standard Contractual Clauses. How long we keep booking data
Booking correspondence is retained only while it is needed to answer the enquiry, manage a resulting booking, meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Unsuccessful enquiries are removed when they are no longer relevant for those purposes.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact us at booking@katerine.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
